Hickel had front and back door flush draw's and celebrated when the Q? fell on the turn, giving him the nut flush.
Unfortunately for him, Matsuzuki still had outs, though, and the wind was taken out of Hickel's sails as his opponent boated up with the 5? on the river.
Hickel recently made the final table of the $600 PLO Deepstack here at the WSOP and finished in eighth place. He can tack on another amazing run this summer and we might very well see him again this summer. 19 players remain on the hunt for the gold.
