Day 2 saw 98 players return for Event #34: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha at the 2023 WSOP from The Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.

By days end, there were only 10 players remaining who will return at noon on Friday, June 16, to play down to a champion. The first-place prize of $298,192 awaits the winner, as does a coveted WSOP bracelet.

Leading the way into Day 3 is Robert Mizrachi who bagged 5,680,000. The four-time bracelet winner was present throughout the day and kept up the pressure until the end. Following close behind him is Matthew Beinner, who went on a chip stacking surge in the last level after he eliminated Day 1 Chipleader Josh Arieh with a set of aces.

Accomplished tournament player Matthew Parry rounds out the top three after bagging 4,170,000.

Poker Hall of Famer Daniel Negreanu made a deep run today but unfortunately exited in 16th place when his low suited-connecters could not hold up against Parrys trip nines on a paired board.

Players are all guaranteed $16,028 and will return tomorrow at noon in the Horseshoe Feature Section and will resume at Level 28 with blinds at 50,000/100,000 with a 100,000 big blind ante. The final day will go on until the winner is crowned and adorned with the WSOP gold bracelet, along with a hefty cash prize.
