Ausmus Makes the Right Call, Wisbrod Still Wins

Jeremy Ausmus opened under the gun to 600,000. The action folded all the way to Barak Wisbrod in the big blind who thought through his options but eventually flicked it in.

The 7?5?6? flop hit and Wisbrod, who was first to act, went into the tank and eventually landed on putting all of his chips in the middle.

Ausmus seemed to have a tough decision but eventually landed on a call and the cards hit their back.

Ausmus had made the great hero call but still had outs to fade. Unfortunately, one of those outs hit on the 9? turn. The river brought no help in the 9? and Wisbrod would double through the chip leader.
