"Crazy Mike" Stirs Up the Action
"Crazy Mike" Thorpe just took his seat recently and tried to stir up the action by raising blind from under the gun. It soon turned into a five-way capped pot where the flop came Q?6?2?. Koray Aldemir led out with a bet from the small blind and picked up calls from Andrew Prock on his left and Shane Douglas in the hijack.
The turn brought the 9? and Aldemir fired out another bet. Prock raised this time and both Douglas and Aldemir called. The river was the K? and Aldemir led out with another bet. Prock and Douglas just called this time and Aldemir showed K?Q? for two pair. Prock turned over 9?9? for a set of nines while Douglas was left with Q?J?.
"Sorry guys," Thorpe commented after the hand. "You have a story now. Some crazy guy sat down and raised blind and then it was a five-way capped pot."
