Lin Can't get Hafner to Cooperate

Ren Lin raised from the cutoff and was called in the big blind by Lukas Hafner. The flop fell 7?4?7? and was checked by both players.
The turn came Q?. Hafner checked, Lin bet 20,000 and after a short pause Hafner raised to 65,000. Lin called.
On a 6? river, Hafner went all in for 188,000 and Lin went into tank. That's where the fun started.
After asking Hafner a series of unanswered questions, Lin reached into his wallet and threw $100 at Hafner. He folded A?A? face up and offered Hafner the money if he showed his cards.
Hafner showed one card — the 6? — and promptly threw the money back to Lin.
