Harmon Frustrates Hellmuth Before Dinner
Level 26
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
On the last hand before the dinner break, Wayne Harmon bet 120,000 from the cutoff and Phil Hellmuth called on the button.
Both players checked the monotone board of A?K?2? and the 6? came on the turn putting a fourth heart on the board. Harmon bet 65,000 and Hellmuth clicked back for 150,000. Harmon immediately responded with a raise to 310,000 leading Hellmuth to go on a trademarked foul-mouthed tirade.
Harmon kept his cool during Hellmuth's rant and was smiling throughout the theatrics by the "Poker Brat". Eventually, Hellmuth folded and Harmon spoke to PokerNews after the hand and declared "I had no heart, but I had all the heart!" while thumping his chest.
