Sachs Makes a Tricky Fold

Toby Lewis opened to 100,000 from under the gun and was called by Stephen Friedrich in middle position. Jacob Sachs then three-bet to 475,000 in the cutoff and received a call from Lewis but a fold from Friedrich.
Action checked through the J?K?7? flop to the 4? turn at which point Lewis led out for a chunky 750,000. Sachs just called.
The river came Q?, prompting Lewis to bet enough to force Sachs all in. Sachs gave the matter at hand some thought but did decide on a fold to put a substantial dent in his stack. It turned out to be a tough, but correct, fold as Sachs held A?K? for top-top while Lewis had K?K? for top set.
