A-5 Triple Draw

Allen Kessler raised on the button, leaving only 900 chips behind. Jon Turner called in the small blind and so did Luis Concha in the big blind.

Turner and Concha each drew three cards, while Kessler only needed one. The action then checked to Kessler, who tossed in his final chips and received two more calls.

Turner improved and drew one card, while Concha needed two this time around. Kessler also drew one, after which Turner made a bet to create a side pot. Concha called and each player drew one card.

Turner and Concha checked it down, and Turner tabled Kx6x5x4x2x while Concha played a queen-low with Qx5x4x2xAx. Upon seeing the cards Kessler mucked his cards in frustration, after which Turner tried to retrieve them.

Kessler then shuffled his cards in the muck in such a fashion that they were unretrievable, despite the best efforts of the dealer to stop him.

"Oh, now you don't like the rules?" Jerry Wong asked.

Turner agreed and said the ruling is to show in an all-in situation.

"I needed to beat a queen, what do you think I have?" Kessler lamented while he stormed out of the tournament area.
