David Stamm bet 240,000 from middle position on a flop of 10?A?6?. Nikolay Yosifov called it in the big blind.
The turn was the 2?. Both players checked it to the river which came the 4?. Yosifov led out with a bet of 850,000.
Stamm took about 30 seconds before he called. Yosifov tabled the A?4? for two pair which Stamm could not beat as he mucked and sent the significant pot across the table.
Clemen Deng raised from the button, Uri Reichenstein jammed from the big blind and Deng called it off.
Clemen Deng: A?Q?
Uri Reichenstein: A?3?
Deng was in a good spot to double, until the flop came A?3?4?. The turn was the 2? to open the chance of a chop but the river was the A? to end the day for Deng in unfortunate fashion.
Action started with a min-raise from Joseph Carden on the button. Erlend Melsom called in the small blind. Ivan Ruban was sitting in the big blind with just over 2,000,000 chips. He moved all in.
Carden folded and Melsom, after some thought, put in the chips.
Ivan Ruban: A?K?
Erlend Melsom: A?J?
Ruban was at risk, but ahead. However, the flop of J?A?3? turned the tables and Ruban now had only three direct outs to a better two pair.
The turn J? made things worse for Ruban and the river 8? ended his tournament.
The flop came J?A?5?. From the cutoff, Jonathan Schwartz bet 175,000 and Neil Warren called it on the button.
The turn was the 2?. Schwartz jammed all in and Warren took a moment before he called.
Neil Warren: Q?J?
Jonathan Schwartz: A?J?
Warren was drawing dead as there was no card that could save him as the K? river came and it was counted out that he was barely covered and eliminated.
Action started with a raise from Andjelko Andrejevic from under the gun to 900,000, which was for most of his stack. Erlend Melsom was next to act in middle position and just called. Everyone else folded.
The flop was J?9?5? and Andrejevic put in the rest of his stack. Melsom quickly called.
Andjelko Andrejevic: A?7?
Erlend Melsom: 10?10?
Melsoms tens were ahead and the 6? turn and 5? river sent Andrejevic to the rail.
Play was seven-handed. Action started with a raise from Ivan Ruban from under the gun to 240,000. Action folded to Joseph Carden on the button and he made it 600,000. When it got back to Ruban, he thought about it for a minute and then made it 1,400,000. Carden took a moment and then shoved. Ruban folded.
