Guo Doubles Through Eveslage

Level 26 : Limits 80,000/160,000, 0 ante

Badugi

Chad Eveslage opened from the hijack and Yuebin Guo three-bet from the button. Eveslage made the call and drew one while Guo stood pat.

After the first draw Eveslage checked and Guo bet, leaving 55,000 behind. Eveslage made the call and drew one more while Guo stood pat again.

Eveslage check-called another bet from Guo after the second draw and drew one more. Guo once again stood pat for the final draw.

Yuebin Guo: 10?4?3?A? All in
Chad Eveslage: 6?2?A?

Guo had a ten-badugi and needed to fade a nine or lower spade from Eveslage to double up. Guo did just that when Eveslage picked up the K? on his final draw at which point Guo received a full double up.

A-5 Triple Draw

Yuebin Guo raised in the hijack, being called by Matthew Smith in the small blind and Ian Chan in the big blind. All three players drew two cards, after which Chan led out.

Guo called and Smith check-called as well. Smith still drew two, Chan stood pat and Guo drew one. When Chan bet again after the second draw, he received two more calls.

Both Smith and Guo took one card as Chan remained pat. It was then checked to showdown, where Chan's 7x6x5x3x2x was low enough to rake in the pot.
