Tzur Levy Bags Chip Lead on Day 2 of Event #60: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em
Day 2 of Event #60: $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em at the World Series of Poker was scheduled to offer players what they want the most: a place in the money. So 539 players came back today at noon at Horseshoe and Paris, Las Vegas, hoping for one of these spots. However, late registration was still open for two 60-minute levels. It eventually closed with a total of 1,773 entrants recorded, generating a total prize pool of $4,733,910.
By the end of the night, only 105 players remained in the race for the $676,900 first-place prize and the WSOP gold bracelet. Among the remaining players, Tzur Levy leads the pack with a massive stack of 2,500,000, followed by Jonathan Fhima (2,180,000), Jong Kim (1,600,000), and Noel Rodriguez (1,490,000).

British duo Yiannis Liperis (1,445,000) and Simon Higgins (1,285,000) finished Day 2 with top ten stacks, as did Daniel Hachem (1,315,000) fresh from his runner-up finish in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha event.
Kristen Foxen ended the day with a big stack (1,245,000), as did Nicholas Seward (1,395,000), Paolo Boi (1,000,000), WSOP online Main Event champion Stoyan Madanzhiev (980,000) and Jonathan Pastore (830,000).
The 2019 WSOP Main Event winner Hossein Ensan also qualified for Day 3, but with a much smaller stack (290,000). Benjamin Spragg (370,000), Tobias Peters (350,000), Aliaksandr Hirs (325,000), and Klemens Roiter (225,000) will also be back tomorrow with small stacks, but they have all secured at least $7,146.
However, the tournament came to an end today for a lot of players, including Adam Levy, who became the bubble boy after he saw his kings get cracked by Anthony Zinno. He left the 266 remaining players to secure a minimum cash of $6,020.
Josh Arieh (266th), Harry Lodge (259th), Ankush Mandavia (256th), Adam Hendrix (245th), and Joey Weissman (235th) settled for a min-cash as they were among the first players eliminated in the money.
Day 3 gets underway at 12 p.m. local time on June 26, with blinds starting at 10,000/20,000 and a big blind ante of 20,000. The plan is to play down to the final five players through 60-minute levels.
