The third and final day of Event #10: $1,000 Tag Team No-Limit Hold'em is firing up at noon local time in Brasilia, also known as the revamped Thunderdome.

Team DJ MacKinnon - Esther Taylor hold a commanding lead with a stack worth 908,000 after an impressive finish last night. Team Kiryl Redzivonau - Mikhail Semin follow in second with 626,000, and Team Pablo Mariz - David Guay round out the top three with 608,000.

Day 3 is slated to go on until just one team remains, winding down from 843 entries. The prize pool added up to $758,700 paying 127 spots, and the final nine players today are guaranteed a payout of at least $10,475. First place will eventually take home $150,637 and some of that elusive WSOP gold.

This final table is a strong one, with Nipun Java (565,000), Ryan Laplante (407,000), Georgios Zisimopoulos (403,000), and Mukul Pahuja (292,000) among those competing. While there are more than a handful of WSOP circuit rings on this table, Laplante is the only player with a gold bracelet, so everyone else is hunting for their first.
