Young Phan
Young Phan

Jordan Young raised to 50,000 from early position, and Young Phan moved all in for 224,000 from the cutoff. Young thought for a moment before Phan said, "Your last name is the same as my first name." Young laughed and eventually called.

Phan said, "Blackjack" as he tabled {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}. Young turned over the {3-Clubs} first, and eventually rolled over the {j-Clubs}.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}, pairing both players, but Phan was still ahead with an ace kicker. "I need the four of clubs" said Young. The turn was the {q-Clubs} and the entire table gasped as Young picked up a flush draw. The river was the {5-Clubs} and Young got there, sending Phan to the rail in 12th place.
