Over the course of the day Kevin LaMonica has been calling David Singer his nemesis. He has consistently lost pots to Singer and just before break, Singer took a massive pot of him with quad jacks. But LaMonica finally struck back against Singer in the last hand.

LaMonica completed with the and Singer raised. LaMonica reraised and Singer called. On fourth, LaMonica bet and Singer called. On fifth, LaMonica bet and Singer called. On sixth both players checked. On seventh street LaMonica decided to bet again and Singer called. LaMonica showed for two pair and that was good to take the pot away from Singer.
Andrew Kelsall completed with the . Kevin LaMonica raised and Kelsall took some time, but eventually followed along with a call. On fourth, LaMonica bet and Kelsall called. On fifth, Kelsall took the betting lead and he bet. LaMonica called. On sixth, Kelsall bet again.
"I'm not gonna chase it," LaMonica said, then pitched away his cards.
"I'm gonna show you," Kelsall said. "I had you the whole way. I had sixes." He turned up his and the pot was pushed his way, allowing him to chip up a little bit.
Max Pescatori opened. From the small blind, Kevin LaMonica raised. Action folded back to Pescatori and he raised again. LaMonica called.
The flop was and LaMonica bet. Pescatori raised and LaMonica called. The turn was the and LaMonica checked to Pescatori who moved all in. LaMonica called.

Pescatori was in good shape to take at least half of the pot but the on the river changed everything. LaMonica made a straight and a low and that was good to scoop the pot and to eliminate Pescatori from the tournament. He will have to wait for another day to lock up his fifth bracelet but will collect $62,733 for his fourth-place finish.
Singer brought in, Coombs completed, Kevin LaMonica called, Singer reraised, Coombs called, and LaMonica folded.
On fourth street, Coombs checked and, after a series of bets, he was all in.
Coombs took the lead with two pair on sixth. However, when Singer turned over his last card, he made a better two pairs and with no low draw, Coombs needed only an eight or deuce to survive. Unfortunately for him, his last card was the and he was eliminated.
Max Pescatori brought in with the . Action folded to Mike Coombs and he completed with the . Pescatori called. On fourth, Coombs check-called a bet from Pescatori. On fifth, Coombs checked again. Pescatori bet. Coombs raised, and Pescatori called all in for his last 35,000. Coombs showed for a flush draw and he got the on Sixth and the on seventh. Pescatori's ending hand was for two pair. Neither player had a low hand and Pescatori was able to scoop the entire pot to double up.
