Frank Kassela Leads After Day 1 of Event #26: $10,000 Razz Championship
After 10 hour-long levels of play, only 38 remain from a total of 97 entries in the 2017 World Series of Poker $10,000 Razz Championship. Frank Kassela (364,500) bagged the chip lead and is looking for his second bracelet of the series and fourth overall after winning Event #13: $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw.
Followed behind Kassela are the Zs Don Zewin (303,000), Anthony Zinno (254,000), and Andrey Zhigalov (241,000) who are all looking for their first bracelet.
Some notables who busted included Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth; 2017 Bracelet winners John Monnette, John Racener, David Bach, Jesse Martin, and Ben Zamani; and defending champion Ray Dehkhargani,.
