"Oh, come on, Eric!" Shack-Harris said, then called.
Shack-Harris took two, and Kurtzman stood pat.
Shack-Harris checked, and Kurtzman bet. "I'm going to punish you for drawing pairs," Kurtzman said. "You have no business being in this hand."
Shack-Harris called. Shack-Harris drew one on the second draw, while Kurtzman stood pat again. After a check, Kurtzman bet again, and Shack-Harris called. Both players stood pat on the last draw. Shack-Harris checked, then Kurtzman bet again.
"Come on, Eric. Be sensible," Shack-Harris said. Eventually, he decided on a call.
"Seven-six," Kurtzman said, showing . That was good enough to earn him the pot, as Shack-Harris mucked.
