After a busy day of bustouts, the final table in the $10,000 2-7 Triple Draw was confirmed, with Shaun Deeb the chip leader on his quest for a third WSOP bracelet.

Deeb holds a sizable lead going into the final day with 1,125,000 in chips, but there is an extremely skilled field around him, including Nick Schulman (865,000), Mike Watson (750,000), Ben Yu (566,000), Shawn Buchanan (437,000) and Mike Matusow (363,000). There will still be a lot of play before the $230K top prize and WSOP gold bracelet are determined.

Day 2 started with 26 players at five tables, and James Obst, Ismael Bojang, Jyri Merivirta and Todd Brunson all busted short of the money.

The bubble boy was David Benyamine. Having come back from break as the shortest of 13 players, he failed to outdraw Shaun Deebs nine-low and he exited short of the money.

Start-of-day chip leader Adam Owen was next to go in 12th ($15,584) and was joined shortly thereafter by Konstantin Puchkov (11th - $15,584).

Mark Gregorich was eliminated in a three-way pot against Mike Watson and Ben Yu in 10th ($20,059) and Brian Tate paired when drawing live against Anthony Zinno to exit in 9th ($20,059).

Zinno (8th - $26,405) and Robert Campbell (7th - $26,405) were the last eliminations, with the official final table reached in the last level of the night.

Deeb was the first player today up over one million in chips, and he remained the only player to exceed that mark. Deeb already has two bracelets in $10,000 Pot-Limit Hold'em (2015) and $1,500 Seven Card Stud (2016) and is looking for his third in three years.

Play resumes at 2 p.m. on Monday.
