Hands #42-48: Pomponio Chops With Babekov

Level 38 : 300,000/600,000, 75,000 ante

Hand #42: Erkut Yilmaz won the blinds with a raise from the button.

Hand #43: This time Thomas Pomponio raised to 1,300,000 from the button but Taylor Black responded with a shove from the big blind and forced Pomponio out of the pot

Hand #44: It was Mark Babekov's turn to raise from the button and he didn't miss the opportunity. Both players in the blinds folded.

Hand #45: Taylor Black raised, again from the button, and won the hand.

Hand #46: After a series of button-raises, Mark Babekov interrupted the streak when he opened from the second position. Kent Coppock shoved all in for 12,650,000 and, after a little bit of talk, Babekov gave up.

Hand #47: Taylor Black opened the pot with a raise to 1.2 million but Erkut Yilmaz woke up with a three-bet from the small blind, putting the price to 3,000,000. Black folded.

Hand #48: Thomas Pomponio limped from the small blind and Mark Babekov checked to see the flop {A-Spades}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}. Pomponio check-called 800,000 and then check-called another 1,800,000 on the {5-Clubs} turn. The river brought the {4-Diamonds} and Pomponio tapped once again. Babekov didn't fire the third barrel and checked back. Pomponio showed {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and chopped the pot with Babekov, who had {10-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}.
