However, the players agreed the chip had hit the felt before the all-in announcement. The player trying to jam vehemently protested this, but the supervisor who was called over ruled it was a call.
On the river, Waxman folded to a shove.
"I didn't have any outs anyway," he said. "But when the chip hits first, it's a call."
