Painter Chopped Up; Ross on a Nub

Level 19 : 10,000/20,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

On a {k-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop, Jameson Painter bet and got raised by Smith Sirisakorn. Brian Nadell cold-called in the cutoff, and a fourth player mucked. Painter made it three bets and both opponents called. Painter bet the {6-Hearts} turn and got two calls, and he checked the {4-Diamonds} river. Sirisakorn bet, Nadell called off his last 1,000, and Painter called.

Sirisakorn showed {a-Spades}{4-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds} for a flush. Nadell had a weaker flush with {9-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} but also had {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}, so he made the nut low. Painter rolled over {k-Spades}{k-Clubs} and mucked.

At another table, Mike Ross lost most of his chips in a stud pot to Alex Luneau. Ross made trip threes, but they were no good as Luneau made a ten-high straight.
