Friedman With Quads

Level 15 : 12,000/24,000, 3,000 ante

John Monnette completed and Bryce Yockey, Shaun Deeb, and Perry Friedman all called.

Monnette checked fourth and Yockey bet out 12,000 with Deeb and Friedman calling as Monnette folded.

On fifth, Friedman made open-queens and bet 24,000 as Yockey called and Deeb dropped out.

Sixth street saw Yockey now bet after a Friedman check, and Friedman called.

Monnette: {X-}{X-} / {K-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} (folded on fourth)
Yockey: {X-}{X-} / {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Hearts} / {X-}
Deeb: {X-}{X-} / {9-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{J-Spades} (folded on fifth)
Friedman: {X-}{X-} / {Q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} / {X-}

On seventh street, Friedman checked and Yockey bet 24,000. Friedman raised to 48,000 and Yockey then tossed in two green 25,000-denomination chips amounting to a three-bet of 72,000.

Here is where it got a little confusing. Friedman believed Yockey had just called, and announced his hand as "four queens!"

A puzzled Yockey then stated he would fold and showed his {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} for kings full.

Friedman never exactly showed his complete hand, but no one on the table doubted that it wasn't {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{X-}.
