Woods Forces a Raina Fold

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Takahiro Nakai raised to 1,400 from the cutoff and was called by Scott Woods and Gaurav Raina in the blinds.

The flop came {Q-Diamonds}{A-Diamonds}{J-Spades}.

While Nakai was considering what to do, John Dwyer was counting his chips. He suddenly spoke up and said to the dealer: "I am short 5,000." Apparently he had gone all-in in the previous hand and doubled up versus Nakai. He said he had gone all-in for 47,500 and now only had 91,700 after having paid the ante in this hand. The floor was called and Dwyer explained the story to the floor. The rest of the table confirmed that he had gone all-in for 47,500 and should have double that plus the antes and the blinds. The floor ruled that Nakai had to give 5,000 to Dwyer. Nakai was then left with 10,200.

Woods, Raina and Nakai all checked on the flop.

The turn was the {A-Spades}. Woods bet 2,500, Raina called and Nakai folded.

The {2-Hearts} on the river completed the board, Woods lead out for 7,500 and Raina took some time to think. He looked at his cards again and then decided to fold.
