Stuart Fox Arrives, Confuses Everyone
Young UK player Stuart Fox arrived a little late today, grinning and looking ready to play. He made his way to his table which he shares with Barny Boatman, Jeff Madsen, Magnus Persson and an (even later arrival - still no sign) Isabelle Mercier. Sitting down in the Ten-seat, he found no chips in front of him, and called over the floor. "He wants to play with chips, for some reason," helped Madsen, as the floor thought for a moment and then notified Stuart he was in the wrong seat.
"You are in seat Six," he informed him, and ushered him to his new chair. Meanwhile, he'd been dealt in one hand, in which button Barny Boatman had already created action, and it looked like a flop was coming. "He can't have a hand, no redeal," came the sensible decision, "Just continue play." Bet he was the one in the class who got left on public transport.
