Clemenc-On His A-Game

(Omaha)

We're not sure what happened pre, but chip leader Tristan Clemencon and another player saw a {9-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} flop and Clemencon checked. His opponent bet, and after a few moments Clemencon raised. Mr. Opponent moved all in, and a swift call later they were on their backs.

True, this particular blogger missed the beginning of this tournament, but I'm hazarding a guess that at nearly 50,000 chips, this constitutes one of the largest pots of the tournament so far.

Clemencon: {J-Spades} {8-Spades} {9-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds} for top two pair
Mr. All In: {Q-Hearts} {K-Clubs} {A-Hearts} {A-Spades} for, well, aces and a gutshot

Turn:{Q-Spades}

River: {K-Spades}

Mr. All In had made a better two pair than Clemencon, but Clemencon's hand had runner-runnered itself into a flush. Mr. All In made a rather sour-faced exit, and chip leader Clemencon is now Chip Monster Clemencon, on around 125,000.
