Annette Loss

Hovering in the 12-16k zone for a level or so, Annette Obrestad just played her last Omaha hand. It appeared she'd raised preflop and picked up two callers, from the size of the pot and the 6k bet in front of her on a {2-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {4-Hearts} flop. The short stack to her immediate left was considering whether or not to call all-in, and another player lurked behind on the button.

Eventually Short-stack called, and Button moved in, prompting a threeway on-their-backs moment:

Obrestad: {K-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {A-Spades} {6-Spades}
Short stack: {Q-Diamonds} {Q-Hearts} {7-Spades} {6-Clubs}
Button(covering them both): {A-Clubs} {4-Clubs} {3-Clubs} {7-Diamonds}

The button's flopped two pair became a house on the {7-Hearts} turn, and there were no miracles provided by the {10-Spades} river for either of the all-in players. That made that a double bust-out and brought another table break at the field reaching 90 players.
