A very slow section of the tournament was just accidentally decelerated further after a check from Howard Lederer on the river of a board went unnoticed by opponent Ross Boatman. Boatman had called Lederer's bet on the turn (25k) and was patiently waiting for him to act. When Lederer told him he'd checked, he apologised and turned his hand over: ; Lederer mucked and he took the pot.
