As the gleam of the camera shone brighter, you could almost sense the dread in Seed as he fanned his remaining chips, the mere thought that he might have to call all-in with the worst hand after betting three quarters of his stack and then have it broadcast on national - global even - television, surely a factor in his decision.
But either way, and after a moment of two of frustrated deliberation, Seed flicked his cards into the muck, and the cameras released a mechanical exhale and backed away from the table.
