Docherty Up, Filippi Down
The turn was the and Docherty checked again. Over to Filippi, who now bet 26,000. Docherty thought about it for a moment, and then raised to 66,000. After a little while, Filippi folded. All of this took a very long time because of the TV crew insisting that the dealer wait at least a minute between every action, and both sets of hole cards had to be subjected to the intrusion of the hole card camera. Everyone looked rather bored.
Once this was all done with, Devilfish attempted to guess Docherty's hand. "Ace-queen suited?"
"That would have made sense," said Docherty, enigmatically.
He's up to 250,000, while Filippi is down to 130,000.
