Under the gun, Eric Baudry raised to 22,000, and the table folded around to the button. There, Gianluca Speranza put in a three-bet to 54,000, but Baudry wanted to play for more. Without much delay, he announced the four-bet shove for 450,000 on the nose. Speranza lowered his head and let out a little sigh at the big decision facing him.
After maybe 90 seconds, the call came, and the cards were on their backs with nearly a million chips up for grabs.

The flop was a disaster for Baudry's pair as it came 
to put him in a big hole with two to come. He needed to find one of the two-out fives now, and the river was a close-but-not-quite
