Monnette Takes Five-Way Pot

Giovanni Rosadoni limped in from under the gun, John Duthie limped from middle position, Roman Romanovskyi limped from the cutoff seat, Trond Aanensen limped on the button, and John Monnette checked his option in the big blind bringing five players to the flop.
The flop came down 
and action checked through to Duthie. He bet 8,500 before play folded back to Monnette. Monnette check-raised to 22,900, and Rosadoni folded. Duthie also gave it up, and Monnette won the pot.
