Sontheimer Goes Back-to-Back
Daniel Pidun raised to 250,000 from early position and Steffen Sontheimer called in the small blind. Jens Lakemeier was in the big blind and pushed all in for 1.74 million. Pidun folded and Sontheimer quickly made the call. Lakemeier was in the lead with against Sontheimer's but when the flop fell , Sontheimer jumped in the lead with a set of threes. The turn and river were no help to Lakemeier as he was sent to the rail.
In the next hand once Martin Kabrhel was moved from a different table into Lakemeier's seat, Jan Schwippert limped in from the cutoff and Sontheimer followed suit. With no small blind, Kabrhel took his option and raised to 595,000. Schwippert folded and Sontheimer called.
The flop came and Kabrhel check-called a bet of 450,000 from Sontheimer. The hit the turn and Kabrhel checked again. Sontheimer made a large bet of 2.35 million and Kabrhel eventually mucked his cards. Both Schwippert and Sontheimer have made it clear that they will not be acknowledging any of Kabrhel's antics by ignoring him when Kabrhel asked a question.
