The first of the last two flights of Event #5: THE COLOSSUS ended today with 70 players making it through to Day 2 tomorrow, Wednesday, November 1st. After more than 9 hours of play, Nebojsa Ankucic took the chip lead honor for Day 1i with 525,500 chips. Thomas Hofmann is taking 407,000 chips with him, this is his first cash in Rozvadov so he will be looking forward to achieving some great results here.

Other notables making it through to Day 2 are two-time WSOP bracelet winner Kristen Bicknell (225,000), Master Classics of Poker winner Abdelhakim Zoufri (205,500) and Jaroslav Peter (143,500).
