Ilya Bulychev claimed the next two pots and pulled away at the top of the counts, while there is now already a big gap between second-placed Quan Zhou and Tsang in third.

Jason Gray
Jason Gray

Anson Tsang raised to 100,000 from the under the gun position and Ludvig Sterner had a decision on the small blind. He ended up folding, but big blind Jason Gray called the bet to see the flop.

The flop was {Q-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Gray checked to Tsang. Tsang continued his aggression with a bet of 335,000. Gray moved all in for 450,000 and Tsang's chips were in there even before Gray had stacked it all in the middle of the table.

Jason Gray: {A-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Anson Tsang: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

The board ran out with the {3-Diamonds} turn and that gave Gray the nut flush. The river was the {A-Spades} and Tsang wasn't able to boat up so Gray won took it down and doubled up his stack.

Hokyiu Lee Eliminated in 6th Place (€15,134)

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Hokyiu Lee
Hokyiu Lee

Hokyiu Lee was so short he was forced all in from the big blind with {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. Quan Zhou sat on the dealer button and he limped. Small blind Ludvig Sterner bet 149,000 and Zhou called.

The {4-Spades}{5-Clubs}{Q-Clubs} flop came down and Sterner checked to Zhou. Zhou decided to put on the pressure as he slid a big stack of 25,000 chips to the middle. Sterner folded his cards and Zhou opened up his hand.

Zhou was holding {A-Spades}{J-Spades}{J-Clubs}{3-Clubs} and was well ahead of Lee's bottom pair. The turn was the {3-Hearts} and the river was the {Q-Hearts} to end Lee's tournament in sixth place. Lee won €15,134 finishing sixth.

Bulychev Doubles Into the Chip Lead

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Ilya Bulychev
Ilya Bulychev

Anson Tsang raised on the button with the {K-Spades}{K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}{5-Spades} and was called by Quan Zhou in the big blind with the {10-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. On the {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} flop, Zhou checked and Tsang bet 95,000 into a pot of 230,000. Zhou check-raised to 245,000 and Tsang sent his cards into the muck.

Hokyiu Lee eventually got involved in the action and raised to 110,000 from the under-the-gun position with {8-Hearts}{6-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Spades}. Ilya Bulychev on the button three-bet to 320,000 with {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} and Lee indeed gave it some thought before tossing in the additional chips. The flop brought {10-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} and Lee bet the pot for 700,000.

Bulychev only had 864,000 behind and moved all in after short consideration, Lee called it off.

Neither the {3-Hearts} turn nor the {4-Hearts} river improved Lee and Bulychev scored a massive double, while Lee was left with fewer than one big blind and in the big blind the next hand.

Gray Doubles Through Bulychev

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Jason Gray
Jason Gray

On the three-way flop of {10-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Hearts}, Quan Zhou bet 200,000 with the {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} and forced out one opponent. Ilya Bulychev was in the think tank with the {A-Spades}{J-Hearts}{8-Spades}{4-Spades} for a wrap. Eventually, the Russian folded and Zhou claimed even more chips.

Jason Gray raised to 140,000 with the {A-Clubs}{A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} on the button and Bulychev called in the big blind with the {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}. The flop came {Q-Hearts}{6-Spades}{3-Clubs} and Bulychev bet enough to set Gray all in, who called for 190,000.

Bulychev had 11 outs and got some more on the {A-Hearts} turn, however, the {9-Diamonds} river was a blank to let the Aussie double.

Quan Zhou
Quan Zhou

Ilya Bulychev raised to 100,000 from the cutoff and Quan Zhou sat on the button. He decided to three-bet to 307,000 with only 450,000 behind. Bulychev took his time to think over his decision. He was counting out the call and he pushed the chips forward after about two minutes.

The flop came down {J-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Bulychev took over the betting lead by moving all in for effectively 450,000. Zhou called after tanking for almost five minutes and they opened up their hands.

Ilya Bulychev: {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{2-Hearts}
Quan Zhou: {K-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{4-Clubs}

Zhou flopped a straight and was way ahead of Bulychev his aces. The turn was the {2-Spades} and the river the {3-Spades} and the chips went Zhou's way.
