Ryan Riess Eliminated in 14th Place (€4,742)
Level 18
: 5,000/10,000, 0 ante
Anson Tsang made it 25,000 to go from the hijack and was called by Hokyiu Lee in the small blind and Ryan Riess in the big blind. Lee bet the flop and Riess jammed for what appeared to be 180,000. That forced out Tsang, but Lee snap-called for a reason.
Ryan Riess:
Hokyiu Lee:
Riess had flopped bottom set and the six-high flush draw, which gave him some outs to crack the top set of Lee. However, neither the turn nor the on the river provided any help to Riess. The 2013 WSOP Main Event champion missed out on another bracelet and departed in 14th place for €4,742, adding another Czech flag to his impressive poker profile.
