The second and final starting day of the 2021 World Series of Poker Europe Event #2: 550 Pot-Limit Omaha awaits as four-card lovers from near and far will enter the fray. Host venue is the biggest poker arena in Europe as the third day of the festival is underway at the King's Resort in Rozvadov, Czech Republic.

After a successful first flight, which drew 199 entries in total, the second of 15 gold bracelet events is well on track to meet and surpass the 200,000 guarantee. Day 1b will get underway at 4pm local time and a total of 18 levels of 30 minutes each are scheduled. Every four levels will feature a 15-minute break thereafter and a 30-minute dinner break is scheduled as well during which players can take advantage of the buffet at the King's Resort.

Orhan Sen leads the pack after Day 1a with just shy of half a million in chips with several other contenders close behind. If anyone wishes to surpass that, they have to accumulate at least 20 times the starting stack of 25,000 each. During the first 12 levels, unlimited re-entries are allowed and the registration then closes at the start of level 13.

Among those expected to take another shot at the gold bracelet are Dario Alioto, Hen Rosilio, Vivian Saliba, GGPoker OmahaSquad member Sasha Liu, Michal Mrakes, Tomaz Kogovsek, and Quirin Zech. There is also an ongoing satellite in the poker arena which attracted 108 entries and will award 14 seats. Among those still in contention are Florian Sarnow, Angelo Benedetto, Pierre Mothes, and Andrea Tropea.

Stay tuned for the Pot-Limit Omaha action as the PokerNews live reporting team will be on the floor from start to finish once more.
