Kabrhel Learns, "Si," Landi Can Bluff
Amato Landi and Martin Kabrhel were heads-up on the river of a K?5?6?10?Q? with Kabrhel having one blue 1,000 chip behind.
Landi then bet 16,000 under the gun to put Kabrhel all in. "Ace-jack? Straight," Kabrhel asked.
"Are we in the money already? How much is in the pot, seven million? Only about 200,000, I think I can fold," Kabrhel added.
Landi, who doesn't speak fluent English, began talking to Kabrhel and Massimiliano Patroncini came over from another table to translate. "Ask him if he ever bluffs," Kabrhel asked Patroncini.
"Did he say yes? Si," Kabrel asked again before the clock was eventually called. "Okay Italy, this is for you. Presento," he said as he tossed his last chip to Landi.
Landi then showed 2?2? for just a pair of deuces, showing that, yes, he can bluff. "Can I slowroll," Kabrhel joked before showing A?K? to double up.
"Ask him why he's bluffing me," Kabrhel once again asked Patroncini as the large crowd that had gathered around the table began to dissipate.
