Towards the other end of the scale, the June 7 edition of the Sunday Million drew in a crowd of 18,354 players who created a $1,835,400 prize pool. This Summer Series edition of the Sunday Million was played as a progressive knockout event and Greeces brianski won it. The Greek grinder netted $82,145 from the main prize pool plus $36,791 worth of bounty payments.
The $530 buy-in Summer Series Main Event, scheduled for 7 p.m. on June 21, is going to be even bigger with $2 million guaranteed to be won. It too will be played in PKO format.
