Big Night Ahead as Team Spraggy Eyes SCOOP League Comeback
Another day of action in the 2024 Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) on PokerStars is in the books and all eyes are on the intensifying race to the inaugural SCOOP League title.
A total of 16 champions were crowned last night, including a second in two days for Andras "probirs" Nemeth, with PokerStars Ambassador Lex Veldhuis having another good night, making Day 2 of the SCOOP 50-M: $530 Wednesday Mystery after this entertaining hand with just five minutes left in the day.
SCOOP League Race Hots Up
The SCOOP League has so far been an exciting addition to the festival, with fans and players able to get in on the action with one of four potential freerolls. Players have until May 20 to register, so click here for more details!
On the tables, the race to top the inaugural standings is getting tense. Lex Veldhuis still leads, with a 1,400-point margin over Spraggy in second, with Tonkaaaa and Fintan further behind.
However, as always, there are events tonight that might help Spraggy put a dent in that lead!

Spraggy | 5,220 |
