Break With Four Remaining

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Pascal Pflock won a pot without showdown and then limped in from the small blind, Paul Hizer checked his option in the big blind. The {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{5-Spades} flop brought a bet of 45,000 by Pflock and Hizer raised to 165,000 to win the pot, Pflock folded.

After the hand, the remaining four players headed into a 15-minute break and the T-1,000 chips will be raced off.

Hall Remains in the Lead

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Paul Hizer took over the lead for a minute, but a hand against Tom Hall vaulted the latter back into the top spot.

Hizer check-called a bet of 75,000 on the {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} flop and the {8-Hearts} turn was checked. On the {2-Clubs} river, Hizer checked once more and a bet of 320,000 secured the pot for Hall without showdown.

What follows is a big gap to Pascal Pflock and Matas Cimbolas, who clashed in a minor pot after. Cimbolas defended the big blind and then bet the {A-Clubs}{A-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} turn for 155,000, which forced a fold from Pflock.

Gerald Ringe Eliminated in 5th Place (£11,000)

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Gerald Ringe
Gerald Ringe

First to act, Paul Hizer made it 90,000 to go and Gerald Ringe moved all in for around 20 big blinds out of the big blind, Hizer snap-called and the most classic coinflip was to decide over the fate of Ringe.

Gerald Ringe: {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}
Paul Hizer: {Q-Spades}{Q-Clubs}

The board came {10-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{4-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Ringe failed to improve, bowing out in 5th place for £11,000.

Thomas Muehloecker Eliminated in 6th Place (£8,000)

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Thomas Muehloecker
Thomas Muehloecker

Thomas Muehloecker got through with a three-bet shove against Tom Hall before forfeiting his small blind against a button raise by Gerald Ringe.

The next hand, Muehloecker moved all in from the button and Paul Hizer in the small blind asked for a count. Muehloecker was at risk for 531,000 and Hizer moved all in over the top to force out Matas Cimbolas in the big blind.

Thomas Muehloecker: {A-Hearts}{6-Clubs}
Paul Hizer: {8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}

On a board of {Q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{7-Spades}, Muehloecker found no help and had to settle for 6th place and a payday of £8,000.

Pflock Jams; Hall and Cimbolas Chop

Level 19 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Tom Hall raised to 90,000 and Pascal Pflock three-bet jammed one seat over for 1.3 million to force a fold.

The next hand, Hall faced a raise to 90,000 by Matas Cimbolas in the cutoff and simply three-bet to 1.85 million, having all other players easily covered. Cimbolas called all in and both turned over ace-king.

Cimbolas had the {A-Spades}{K-Diamonds}, Hall the {A-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}. The split pot was secured on the {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} flop already and the {7-Diamonds} turn and {5-Clubs} river insignificant.

Both were involved in a battle of the blinds after, in which Hall bet 60,000 on the {9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} flop to claim the pot without further resistance.

Gerald Ringe and Thomas Muehloecker
Gerald Ringe and Thomas Muehloecker

Gerald Ringe moved all in for the last 383,000 in the hijack and Thomas Muehloecker in the cutoff asked for a count, then moved all in over the top. That forced out all other players and the following cards were tabled.

Gerald Ringe: {6-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}
Thomas Muehloecker: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}

Ringe remained in the lead on the {9-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop and locked up the double on the {6-Spades} turn, rendering the {3-Clubs} river to a mere formality,

Hizer Jams Into Ringe and Muehloecker

Level 18 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Paul Hizer raised first to act and was called two ways by Gerald Ringe in the small blind and Thomas Muehloecker in the big blind. On the {J-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop, action checked to Hizer and he continued for 95,000. Both opponents called to see the {7-Hearts} on the turn and again, action checked to Hizer.

His all in shove resulted in a quick fold by Ringe, Muehloecker needed some further consideration but came to the same conclusion.
