Pots for Jattin and Sheynin

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Benjamin Pockett limped the cutoff and the flop of {q-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{5-Clubs} was checked through. On the {4-Diamonds} turn, it was Farid Jattin in the small blind that bet 15,500, and Pockett called. The {8-Clubs} fell on the river and Jattin bet the pot for 53,500.

Pockett carefully counted his remaining stack and folded.

Shortly after, a four-way limped pot emerged including Jorryt van Hoof, Miroslav Sheynin, Jattin and Martin Kozlov in the big blind. They checked the {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop and the {5-Diamonds} followed on the turn. Jattin checked, Kozlov bet 6,500 and van Hoof folded. Sheynin raised to 30,000 and that won the pot right there.

How to Donate to Help Fund Bushfire Relief

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante
Bushfires
Bushfires

The entire world has been shocked and stunned at the images of vast swathes of Australia on fire as the country battles some of the worst bushfires in its history.

With the fires coinciding with the holding of the 2020 Aussie Millions, Crown Resorts have been helping to raise money for those affected, promising to match any staff donations to bushfire relief funds. They have also promised to donate a bottle of water for every bottle of water sold on its premises.

Back in November, A$1 million (~US$695,500) was pledged to the Rural Fire Service of New South Wales following the fire's outbreaks.

Now, an additional A$4 million (~US$2,700,000) will be spent to support volunteer services in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia, all of which Crown operates resorts in, and to charitable organisations providing relief to affected people and wildlife nationally.

Truong Trims Lee's Lead

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Tam Truong opened to 11,000 from under the gun and Marc Rivera called in the next position. Hun Lee called in the big blind and the trio saw a flop of {q-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{6-Clubs}. Truong continued for 17,000 and Lee check-called.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and both players checked. Lee bet 37,000 on the {a-Spades} river and Truong tank-called.

Lee showed {k-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-} and Truong studied the board before tabling {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{6-Hearts} for two pair and the winner.

More for Ajez and Jattin

Level 13 : 2,500/5,000, 0 ante

Najeem Ajez limped the button and on the {j-Clubs}{4-Spades}{3-Hearts}{7-Hearts} turn, it was Farid Jattin in the small blind that bet small, Ajez called. The {9-Spades} river was checked and Ajez won the pot with {a-}{q-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for two pair.

Over on the other table, the turn showed {9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{k-Hearts} and Marc Rivera had checked. Chip leader Hun Lee made it 23,000 to go and picked up a call. Rivera also checked the {a-Spades} on the river and Lee now fired a bet of 75,000. The amount represented a big portion of Rivera's remaining stack and resulted in a fold.

Sylvain Loosli

In the first hand of the day, Sylvain Loosli raised the pot out of the small blind and Stephen Chidwick mucked three fives.

One hand later, Hun Lee opened to 10,000 and Loosli three-bet the pot on the button. Chidwick three-bet the pot, Xue Wu tank-folded in the big blind and Lee let go as well. Loosli called all-in and the cards were tabled.

Sylvain Loosli: {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Stephen Chidwick: {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}

On a board of {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}, Loosli found no miracle escape and hit the rail in 13th place.
