Magaly Descalzi Eliminated in 3rd Place ($23,746)

Magaly Descalzi and Jeff Madsen flipped for most of their stacks and it was Madsen who would double up when his {7-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} would hold against Descalzi's {A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}.

That left Descalzi with slightly over 100,000 in chips and she moved all in against Kevin Saul's opener a few minutes later. Saul made the call with {9-Clubs}{6-Spades} with Descalzi holding {K-Spades}{5-Hearts}. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn would give the pot to Saul and the both Saul and Madsen congratulated Descalzi.

"You played great," said Madsen, the three time World Series of Poker bracelet winner. Saul shook his head in agreement. The two veteran poker pros are now heads up with Saul holding a 3:1 chip advantage.

Saul Shoves River to Take Chip Lead

Level 21 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

We just had a monster pot go down that has seen the chip lead change hands. The flop came {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and Magaly Descalzi checked which led to an 18,000 bet from Kevin Saul. Descalzi check raised to 93,000 giving Saul room for concern.

"You got a draw again," he asked Descalzi.

She shook her head no, not saying a word.

Saul made the call and the turn was the {5-Spades}. Descalzi acted like she was going to bet 200,000 but at the last minute pulled her hand back before placing the chips down and made it 150,000.

"Maggie, what was that?" asked Saul. "Why'd you pull that bet back? I'm so confused." He thought for a minute and told her "we might have action. I'm a man of my word Maggie" and then made the call.

The river was the {6-Clubs} and Maggie placed out a massive bet of 625,000.

Saul sighed and looked at the dealer with a simple request. "Count." Standing up, he muttered a four letter word under his breath and then took his place back in his seat. He counted out the call and pushed it to the side to see how much he would have left. Peeking back at his cards, he glances back over at Descalzi.

"You have something good?" Saul asked her.

"Something great," she answered.

"Will you show me?"

She nods that she will.

Saul asks to see the payouts and once he has says "Already made enough to play Monday." He grabs the call he has set to the side, and moves it forward while saying "I'm all in."

Descalzi didn't snap call. She looked up at the sky as if she knew she'd been had.

"Did I catch you? I thought you were bluffing me," said Saul. "Last time you said you'd show me you were bluffing."

Descalzi folds and Saul now has a commanding chip lead.
