Anaras Alekberovas has moved into a good position winning a very healthy pot off Ole Schemion.
The latter raised to 100,000 from early position and Alekberovas defended his big blind to see a flop.
Schemion continued for 120,000 and called when Alekberovas check-raised to 270,000. Alekberovas bet for 315,000 and 625,000 on the turn and river and was called both times.
Alekberovas opened for the flush and his German opponent folded.
Anaras Alekberovas opened for 110,000 from the hijack only to have Ilari Sahamies three-bet to 250,000 from the cutoff. After the button and blinds got out of the way, Alekberovas made the call and it was off to the flop.
Alekberovas ended up check-calling a bet from Sahamies, how much we're not sure, and then both players checked the turn. Alekberovas checked for a third time on the river, and then snap folded when Sahamies cut out 500,000 in chip and slid them into the pot.
The last hand featured some pre-flop betting action. John Juanda opened with a 90,000 raise from the early position and Joni Jouhkimainen on Juanda's immediate left three-bet to 200,000. Action folded to Ilari Sahamies on the button who four-bet to 540,000 and both Juanda and Jouhkimainen released their hands.
Things have been relatively quiet since the final nine players started back up. It's a very important bubble as not only is it the TV bubble, but it comes with a pay jump as well.
