Massou Cohen opened to 36,000 under the gun and Georgios Kapalas three bet to 82,000 from the hijack. Cohen made the call and both players checked the flop.
The fell on the turn and Cohen checked. Kapalas now bet 75,000 and Cohen quickly called.
The completed the board and Cohen checked a third time. With 350,000 in the pot Cohen had just 220,000 behind. Kapalas bombed all in and Cohen snap called.
None of the two had a club, Kapalas showed and Cohen proudly tabled .
Carlo Savinelli opened for 32,000 under the gun and Julien Duveau on the button made the call. Ognyan Dimov in the small blind squeezed to 115,000 and Savinelli four bet to 200,000. Duveau folded, Dimov called.
Both players checked the flop and turn. Dimov checked again once the hit the river. Savinelli now bet 325,000 and Dimov made the call.
Savinelli showed his and Dimov flashed kings before mucking.
Georgios Kapalas opened to 33,000 from early position and it folded over to Joseph Carlino in the hijack. He three-bet the action to 90,000 only to have Evangelos Tsairis put out a four-bet from the button. Kapalas folded and Carlino wasted no time five-betting all in. Suddenly the pressure was put back on Tsairis who was put to the decision for his last 718,000. Tsairis spent about two minutes in the tank before announcing a call for his own tournament life.

Carlino was in a dominating position and stayed that way through a flop of . Tsairis picked up some additional outs with the on the river, but ultimately nothing materialized with the on the river. Carlino took down the pot and assumed the role of table chip leader with 2.46 million.
In two hands Guillaume Darcourt just lost all of his chips to Benjamin Buhr.
In the first one it was Buhr who opened for 32,000 under the gun plus one. Olivier Piechaczyk made the call, and so did Guillaume Darcourt in the small blind.
Buhr made a 49,000 c-bet on and Piechaczyk and Darcourt made the call. Darcourt checked again on the turn and Buhr bet 103,000. Piechaczyk now folded, Darcourt called once more.
The fell on the river and Darcourt checked a third time. Buhr bet 175,000 and Darcourt called. Bugh showed and Darcourt mucked.
Two hands later Darcourt open shoved his last 201,000 in from the cut off. Action folded to Buhr in the big blind and he called with . Darcourt had and wouldn't hit: .
A short-stacked Jeremy Ciup was all in and at risk for about 250,000 against Julien Duveau. The hands were revealed to show Duveau in a dominating position.

Georgios Kapalas opened for 32,000 from the button and Joseph Carlino called from the small blind.
Carlino check called a bet of 43,000 on before the two both checked the on the turn.
The on the river made Carlino instantly bet 93,000. Georgios Kapalas thought for some time, played with 250,000 worth of 25,000 chips, and eventually just called.
Carlino tabled for the flopped straight, Kapalas mucked.
Daniel Carlsson opened for 32,000 under the gun and Julien Duveau flatted in the hijack. Ognyan Dimov squeezed to 95,000 from the cutoff and the button folded.
Adrien Guyon in the small blind cold four bet to 218,000 after thinking about it for some time. The big blind needed ten seconds to fold, Carlsson needed less to muck.
Duveau now announced all in all of the sudden and Dimov quickly folded. Guyon asked for a count and it turned out to be 727,000 total. Guyon eventually folded, leaving the big pot without showdown to Duveau.
Sergio Aido had just under 200,000 left and shoved all in from early position.
Action folded to Guillaume Darcourt in the small blind, and the Frenchman announced all in as well. Big blind Van den Berg thought for some time but eventually folded.

The flop was good for Darcourt, and the on the turn and on the river didn't help Aido either.
Matas Cimbolas moved all in for his last 205,000 from the hijack and found a call out of David van den Berg from the small blind. The big blind folded and the hands were turned over.
