Adams Doubles Through Kurganov

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We missed most of the action and only got there when the chips were already in the middle. Big blind Timothy Adams had {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} on {5-Diamonds}{K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts} and was up against Kurganov who had {J-Clubs}{10-Clubs} on the button. The {6-Clubs} on the turn and {6-Diamonds} on the river did not help Kurganov and he cut out 29,800 to give to Adams.

Negreanu Shoves; Hart Reenters

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

A huge pot had developed between Daniel Negreanu and Steve O'Dwyer, with the latter having bet 20,000 about half pot on a {6-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{j-Spades} board in the cutoff. Negreanu had the button and moved all in for what looked like 95,000 or so, covering O'Dwyer. The American transplant thought awhile and mucked.

Afterward, Negreanu claimed to have top two.

At another table, Kevin Hart is back in the event on his allotted reentry.

Raise the River

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

On the temporarily six-handed table, Isaac Haxton opened for 2,800 from the hijack. Small blind Ivan Luca called before big blind Bill Perkins squeezed to 6,800. Haxton called and so did Luca.

"Allrighty... don't go all folding at once" Perkins said with a smirk on his face.

All three of them checked the {10-Clubs}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} flop and the {Q-Hearts} turn. The {4-Hearts} completed the board and Luca bet out 11,000. Perkins was quick to fold but Haxton went into the tank for a bit before he eventually raised to 40,000. Now it was Luca needed some time and the Argentinian poker pro eventually folded.

Adams Doubles Through Domb

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Timothy Adams was down to his last 17,500, and he put it in from under the gun. Paul Domb reshoved on the button to get the blinds out.

Adams: {a-Spades}{10-Hearts}
Domb: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}

Adams expressed confidence a ten was coming and he was right: {2-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{3-Spades}. Two nines fell to complete the board and the Canadian doubled up.

Meanwhile, Erik Seidel and Koray Aldemir have entered.

Hart Busted by Carrel

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 100 ante
Kevin Hart
Kevin Hart

Leo Cheng opened for 2,500 and Charlie Carrel made it 8,000 in the next seat, the cutoff. Kevin Hart cold-called in the big blind and Cheng came along to see {10-Spades}{j-Spades}{a-Hearts} flop. Action checked to the preflop aggressor, who bet 15,000. Hart put in 75,000, most of his stack, and Cheng mucked his hand.

"All in," Carrel said, turning over {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}. "I assume you call."

Hart sighed and flipped over {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} for top two, needing help. The turn paired the board but it was a {10-Diamonds} and the river was an {8-Spades}.

"I'll be back," Hart said.

"You run pretty good, huh?" Katz said to Carrel.

"That's kind of my thing at the moment."

Hart Making Noise Early but Losing Chips

Level 1 : 500/1,000, 100 ante

"Chip leader!" Kevin Hart yelled as he swept up a pot. "Chip leader over here!"

However, Hart's confidence may have been misplaced as he dropped the next two pots he played. First, he saw a board of {7-Clubs}{4-Spades}{9-Spades}{j-Clubs} against Cary Katz and Ben Tollerene. Hart bet 6,000 and got a call from only Tollerene, on his left. On the {8-Spades} river, both players checked and Hart's {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} was bested by {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}.

Shortly after that, Charlie Carrel opened to 3,000, and Hart, who declared he wasn't having it from Carrel today, defended his big blind. Hart check-called 4,000 on the {5-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} flop and both checked the {j-Clubs} turn. Hart checked on the {3-Clubs} river and Carrel bet 20,000, over the pot.

"Too much," Hart said, immediately folding.
