Brutal River For "ATMEric"

Blinds: 80/160

"vnoice" raised to 320, and after a middle position caller, "ATMEric" reraised to 1,600 from the big blind. "vnoice" called, and the flop came down {k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Hearts}. "ATMEric" continued for 960, "vnoice" called, and the {q-Clubs} hit the turn. Another bet of 1,440 was called by "vnoice", and the river brought the {10-Hearts}.

"ATMEric" went for a big bet this time, 6,720, and "vnoice" just called with {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs}. That river had given "ATMEric" a set that was no good, and a nice pot was sent over to "vnoice."

The Progressive Bounty Format is Back for Tonight's PACOOP Event!

The 2021 PACOOP rolls on today with Event #50: $250 NLHE Progressive KO Thursday Thrill SE Championship Trophy Event. This tournament has a buy-in of $250, and the prizepool will be at least $55,000.

The blinds in this event will start at 80/160, and while the first five levels will be 10 minutes long, all levels after that will be 12. Players will be starting with 25,000, and the action will be starting up at 7 PM ET tonight, with late registration available until 10 PM local time.

Remember that this is a progressive bounty tournament, meaning half of the buy-in will be going to the bounty prizepool. From there, every time a player is knocked out, that money will go to the players who defeated them. Half will go into that player’s poker account, while the other will be added to their own bounty. So the more knockouts you get, the more bounty money you will earn, but it also means that the target on your back will get bigger every time.

You can view the rest of the PACOOP schedule that will be covered on PokerNews below, and don’t forget to come back at 7 PM ET for tonight’s action packed event!
