Wolkomir Uses the "Go and Go"

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Jamie Strickland had opened from middle position and was three-bet to 33,000 by Michelle Wolkmoir out of the big blind. Strickland put out chips to call and the dealer fanned a flop of {q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}.

Wolkomir announced she was all in, sliding three full stacks of T1,000 chips forward in a triangular figure. Strickland took about five seconds and then sent his cards to the center of the table, resulting in the pot being sent Wolkomir's way.

Richard Norman opened to 8,000 from under the gun and Mary Fowler three-bet all in over the top of him from middle position. Action got back to Norman and he quickly called.

Mary Fowler: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Richard Norman: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

Fowler's pair of queens was in trouble as she had run into Norman's pair of bullets. The board did not run out in her favor, coming {5-Clubs}{j-Spades}{5-Spades}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs} to send her to the rail shortly before the end of the first level of play in the day.

Dennis Mann

An all in and a call were overheard and the dealer was in the process of announcing that all action was complete. Dennis Mann was in middle position and had Michael Delavergne at risk from the cutoff.

Michael Delavergne: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}
Dennis Mann: {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}

The board ran out {4-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}, giving Mann the nut flush on the turn. He faded the full house redraw outs on the river and scored the knockout and the pot, bringing him to around a quarter-million in chips in the process.

Steven O'Bryan opened to 10,000 from early position and was called by Dennis Mann, who was in the hijack. Lam Huynh was in the cutoff and three-bet all in for around 80,000. Action folded around to the big blind, who went into the tank for a bit before folding.

O'Bryan then thought for a while himself before following suit, and Mann gave Huynh even more of a sweat as he took another 15 seconds before folding, earning Huynh the pot without a showdown.
