Hendrickson Reshoves on Ozturk

Level 28 : 50,000/100,000, 20,000 ante

Umut Ozturk opened to 250,000 under the gun and Daniel Henderson was next to act in the hijack. He three-bet all in for about 1.4 million and action made its way back to Ozturk.

Ozturk looked back at one card and flashed {a-Spades}, saying "I fold," as he did before sending the other card to the dealer face down along the felt.

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Dennis Stevermer

Dennis Stevermer was in the cutoff and jammed all in for his last 710,000. Derek Mcmaster called in the small blind.

Dennis Stevermer: {k-Spades}{9-Spades}
Derek Mcmaster: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

Stevermer was in bad shape and the flop came {5-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, leaving him with nothing but running outs to stay alive. The turn {8-Hearts} gave him three outs at a gutshot straight draw on the river, but it did not come as the river {10-Clubs} hit the felt to spell his elimination in seventh place.

"This Could Be a Trap"

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Nathan Fair saw action folded to him in the small blind and completed. Derek Mcmaster looked at his cards and announced a raise, putting out 175,000 on top of his big blind. Fair went all in over the top.

"This could be a trap," said Mcmaster. He stood up and deliberated for some time until Fair said something to him that was not audible. Mcmaster decided to fold, showing {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} face up.

"What?!" said Fair. He continued, remarking about how he had gotten two players to fold ace-king and pocket tens preflop to his shoves as he collected the pot.

Nathan Fair was in middle position and opened to 175,000. He received a call from Kevin Boyer in the cutoff and the two players went heads up to a flop of {7-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{j-Clubs}. Action went check-check.

The turn came {10-Hearts} and Fair bet 110,000. Boyer made the call and the river fell {j-Spades}. Fair checked.

"All in," said Boyer, pushing forward his remaining 725,000. Fair thought for about 15 seconds and flicked his cards forward across the felt to the dealer, resulting in Boyer taking down the pot.

Fair Gets Ozturk To Fold Big Slick

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Umut Ozturk opened to 200,000 in middle position and saw action fold around to Nathan Fair, who went all in from the small blind. Ozturk asked for a count and the amount was totaled to be 1.09 million. He went into the tank for about a minute.

"What do you want me to do, Nate?" asked Ozturk.

"Call," responded Fair immediately. Ozturk did not act and another half a minute went by. "Do you want to phone a friend and see what you should do?" asked Fair.

"I have a good hand buddy," responded Ozturk. "The old me would have shoved immediately," he added. Another 30 seconds went by and Ozturk announced a fold, tossing {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} onto the felt face up in the middle of the table for all to see the laydown he made. "Nice bet," he said.
