Gavrilut Gets No Action with Kings

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Alexandru Gavrilut found a good spot to jam his short-stack of 11 big blinds when the action folded to him on the button. Petre Laurentiu Chiriac in the big blind ask for a count.

He has been smiling and joking around at the table and eventually folded {Q-Spades}{10-Spades} face-up. He then motioned to Gavrilut to find out if this was a good fold.

Chiriac let out a laugh of joy after Chiriac showed that he wasn't jamming light and turned over {K-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} for the table.

Since the final table began it has been mostly slowball with many pots being won preflop and many others being taken down with just one postflop bet.

Jack Sinclair Happy to Get a Flag

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Jack Sinclair
Jack Sinclair

Jack Sinclair was congratulated for making the final table despite him being low on chips most of the day. Sinclair has been on final tables in bigger spots, including at the 2017 WSOP Main Event where he took eighth place for $1.2 million, but shared he was excited to be at the final table in the High Roller.

"Getting on the final table means a lot," said Sinclair.

Although the money is nice, getting his ninth The Hendon Mob flag of the year appeared to be also important.

"I got the Romanian flag," Sinclair said with a smile. "That is very important to me. I have only had two stops this year where I haven't been able to get a flag. Although there is no reward for getting flags, perhaps their should be as it shows a true dedication to traveling for the grind."

While Sinclair's ninth flag of the year doesn't put him that close the the 12 flags earned this year thus far by Finland's Henri Ovaska, it does place him in second place on the leaderboard.

Paraskevas Tsokaridis
Paraskevas Tsokaridis

Cosmin Voinea opened from early position for 12,000 and got a call from Petre Laurentiu Chiriac from one seat over.

Paraskevas Tsokaridis three-bet jammed from the next seat to 56,000. Voinea four-bet jammed over the top for around 130,000 and Chiriac folded.

Cosmin Voinea: {A-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}
Paraskevas Tsokaridis: {J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}

Tsokaridis won the flip and earned a double-up after the {6-Hearts}{8-Spades}{8-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{10-Spades} board didn't improve his opponent's hand.

Nedelcu Bubbles With Aces Against Three-Two

Level 14 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

The bubble broke a few hands into hand-for-hand action.

Narcis Gabriel Nedelcu limped from the small blind and Simeon Spasov opted to check from the big blind.

Nedelcu checked the {2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{10-Hearts} flop before Spasov bet 5,000. Nedelcu raised to 25,000 before Spasov declared himself all in more than covering the approximate 175,000 his opponent had behind.

It didn't take long for Nedelcu to call and he turned over {A-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}. He began shaking his head when he saw Spasov flopped two pair with {3-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}. The {7-Clubs} on the turn and the {4-Spades} on the river didn't help Nedelcu get back in the lead and he bubbled the tournament in 10th place.

All remaining players are now guaranteed a payout of €3,710. There is a short break in action while the final table is being set-up. We will update the seat draw and chip counts shortly.

Hand for Hand for the Money Bubble.

Level 14 : 2,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Andrei Grimberg was short on chips and jammed eight big blinds from the button. Petre Laurentiu Chiriac shook his head before he called.

Andrei Grimberg: {A-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Petre Laurentiu Chiriac: {5-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}

Grimberg flopped top pair on the {4-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{A-Diamonds} flop but was in a world of trouble with Chiriac flopping two pair. The {9-Clubs} on the turn and the {J-Spades} on the river were unable to turn things around for Grimberg and he was eliminated from the tournament in 12th place.

A minute later, William Taieb was eliminated in 11th place and players are now in hand-for-hand mode on the money bubble.
