Landfish's queens were ahead of Troy's nines, the former improving to two pair on seventh but Troy couldn't catch a nine or ace to make a better hand.

Landfish check-called Troy’s bet on fifth and both players checked sixth. Landfish bet seventh which was enough as Troy folded and was down to 220,000 after that hand.
Troy would rebound a bit by winning a couple of pots after that but is still the shortstack. In other news, Bertrand Grospellier continues to build on his lead.
Maxwell Troy brought in, Bertrand Grospellier raised and Steve Landfish called, as did Troy. Grospellier fired on fourth and both other players called, on fifth the Frenchman fired again, Troy folding but Landfish calling as well as more bets on sixth and seventh.
ElkY turned over for two pair, jacks up and won again

On the next two streets ElkY bet with Troy calling fourth and when he paired up on fifth, he check-called. Both players checked sixth and on seventh Troy bet and ElkY called. Troy immediately said “you’re good” and mucked his hand as ElkY showed for a pair of jacks.
