The river completed the board with the {K-Spades} and Ahmed bet 250,000. Hellmuth took some time as he didn't look as if he seemed to like it. "What do you have?" asked Hellmuth before making the call a few seconds later.

Ahmed tabled the {K-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} and Hellmuth the {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}. Hellmuth lost the pot with ace high to Ahmed's two pair.

Brian Rast had the button, the action folded to him and he raised to 140,000. Owais Ahmed defended his big blind, and the flop fell {2-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{k-Hearts}. Ahmed led for 240,000, Rast released, and Ahmed won the pot.

Phil Hellmuth had the button, it folded to him, and he raised to 180,000. The blinds released, and Hellmuth won the pot.

Owais Ahmed had the button, Phil Hellmuth opened to 120,000 from the cutoff, Minh Ly called in the small blind, and Matt Glantz defended his big. The flop was {3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{9-Spades}, Ly checked, Glantz bet 225,000, and Hellmuth asked for Glantz's count.

"About two and a half," Glantz answered.

Hellmuth called, and Ly folded. The turn was the {q-Diamonds}.

Glantz tanked, then bet 350,000. Hellmuth reached for chips, put his hands on his face, then reached back for his stack. He cut out enough chips to make the call, and slid them forward.

The river was the {6-Clubs}, and Glantz checked for the first time. Hellmuth reached for a handful of T25,000 chips, and bet 475,000 - less than a third of the pot. Glantz paused, riffling chips in his right hand and staring at the board.

Two minutes passed, and Glantz leaned back in his chair, placing both hands on his head. His gaze wandered to Hellmuth for the first time, but then returned to the board. Hellmuth remained still.

Glantz finally folded, Hellmuth's hand hit the muck immediately, and the 11-time WSOP champion raked in the pot.

"Show the bluff!" Brian Rast pleaded.

"I had him drawing dead," Hellmuth said cooly.

Two Pair Good for Glantz

Matt Glantz started the hand with the button. Owais Ahmed raised from under the gun to 135,000. Glantz flatted on the button and everyone else folded. The flop came down {Q-Spades}{J-Spades}{4-Spades} and Ahmed checked. Glantz checked behind.

The turn was the {A-Spades} to put four spades on board and both players checked to see the {3-Diamonds} fall on the river. Ahmed grabbed some chips and bet 215,000 on the end. Glantz called.

Glantz tabled the {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts} for two pair and Ahmed mucked his hand.

The turn was the {10-Spades}, Lind checked, and Ly fired again - this time for 380,000. Lind moved all in, and Ly quickly called.

Only a queen or a ten would save Lind, but it was not to be as the {3-Clubs} came on the river.

At one point yesterday, Lind was down to just 17,000 chips, and roared back after a myriad of triples and doubles. He finishes in sixth place, and will receive $300,441 for his efforts.

Matt Glantz had the button. Phil Hellmuth raised from under the gun to 160,000. Action folded around the table and Hellmuth picked up the blinds and antes.

Brian Rast started the hand with the button. Owais Ahmed raised from under the gun to 150,000 and Minh Ly called from the next seat. Everyone else folded.

The flop came down {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades} and Ahmed fired a continuation bet of 225,000. Ly quickly gave it up and Ahmed won the hand. Ly dropped to 1.39 million in chips after this hand.

On the turn, the {4-Diamonds} fell and both players checked before the dealer placed the {K-Clubs} on the river. Both players checked once more.

Ahmed tabled the {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for kings and sixes and Hellmuth mucked his hand.
